Vaswani Exquisite in Whitefield is at a great location and ITPL Tech park and malls such as Forum Shantiniketan are very close to this project. The project is located near the lake and is nearing completion. I heard some rumors about NGT clearance of this project as it is close to the lake but on further investigation found out that the project is cleared by NGT and there is no legal issue with this project. Rumors started when NGT changed the rule of permitted distance for construction near lakes from 30 meters to 75 meters back in 2015 or 2016 but by then this project had received Construction Commencement certificate and NGT clarified that the new rule would be applicable only to the projects which are yet to receive commencement certificate, or in short future projects.

Located at prominent location in Whitefield, Vaswani Exquisite, offers beautifully designed and spacious flats. The view from the higher floors towards the lake is splendid, however some of my friends living in that area are concerned that the lake is getting polluted. Another drawback is that the area of the project is very small, around 4 acres and amenities are limited as well compared to some other societies. However, this according to me would not be a big hindrance given that the necessary amenities are present in the society. Traffic woes in peak hours on weekdays would be a concern here as well. Finally builder quoted price seems to be a bit high just as any other good project in Bangalore these days, so if I were to buy an apartment in this project I would prefer a resale flat which is cheaper that builder price.
