The project looks quite good from outside and is really easy to spot due to it's uneven structure. It is located close to ITPL hence it has close proximity to major work places, restaurants, pubs and hospitals like Manipal. The interiors of the project is breathtaking and the picturesque view from the balcony just boggles the entire mind. The lighting is very good.. the dim lights kind of give out a calming sense to the surroundings. The amenities available in the project was disappointing but the amount of open space and spaces for yoga and meditation and greenery gives the mind some space to compose itself from the hectic work life. I'm already a fan of this project and can see myself living here peacefully.
I inquired about this project from a friend of mine and that was off putting enough however begrudgingly I was dragged to check out the project too. The project has a real expensive taste which was evident at first from the huge listed price.. however I did feel attracted the more I looked around the project. The interiors and the outside view that the project captures is probably the primary reason why people invest here I guess. At night the view gets even better as there are dim lights covering the entire city of Bangalore. The rooms are extremely spacious and ventilation is good.. and the kitchen modelling is really really great. Then I moved forward to check out the amenities and there were few basic ones and it didn't even include a sewage treatment plant. It felt pretty hypocritical to me that a project promoting greenery and good health does not have a STP. In conclusion from the beginning I made it clear I wasn't looking forward to invest in this project but the beautiful views and the interior design of the apartment almost changed my mind. It was a good experience.
