      I liked my onsite experience at the project. Apart from few minor problems I believe this is a good place to invest in. The floor plan of the project is good but there are a few factors which I didn't like such as the location of the toilet.. and the living room feels cramped. The amount of balconies is unnecessary in my opinion as it wastes some valuable space. The location of the project is pretty strategic as all important facilities are available close by.. like the Whitefield super market, Marigold restaurant, hospitals etc. The basic amenities offered by the project are pretty good and they are well maintained. Proper indoor playing arena, children's playing arena and sewage treatment plant all are available. Overall I felt this is a total value for money situation and the package the project is offering is pretty good.

      I interacted with the residents and found that even though the location is convenient, the project often suffers from water crisis and power outages. Also, although the project has 220 units, there's no sewage treatment plant either. I was planning to invest here.. but these facts forced me not to.
