I have booked a flat in Sobha Avenue in KR Puram Bangalore in September 2018, After recieving the agreement I noticed that builder (Sobha) has mentioned a litigation on property. After following up with more on them, they gave me the case details and documents of the case. The litigation looks very frivolous but its open from last 3 years. The property construction is completed now and they are going to give the possession next month. I have not signed the agreement yet. Need some opinion on what should I do , Should I go ahead or not. I have got a good deal and the project is very good as well. I can share all case details.
