Shriram sumitt has excellent connectivity compared to Godrej Ecity... That about a half KM approach road to Godrej ECity passes through slum-y environment....and when 700+ flats people move with car, only from Godrej ECity (for time being leave alone the people from other projects moving in cars), that area gonna be in great jam and mess...and i dont see any hope of expanding that road, given the fact that its congested with lots of petty shops... The issue may be same for Summitt, but Summitt has a two way tar road with Audi Showroom, s/w firms everything on adjacent wall...so you can avoid that slum mud roads which Godrej ECity has...also there is an excellent temple right opposite to Summitt's gate, can be a good place for religeous people... Both the builders are known for delays...both are i think will be RTM by next year end.....and Godrej does the construction through third party and Shriram has 2 decades of construction experience and Tata has about 10% share in Shriram construction holdings..so quality wise both can go almost equal...may be Godrej is slightly better.. Pricewise i am not sure how much both r are quoting now....may be if they are equal priced, or even if Shriram is 10% extra, i would still go for Summit.... Just purely my view...
