In message #4 it is 5500 in April 2016. In message #5 it is 4800 in June 2017. So the rate has gone down, flats are still not sold despite reducing rates. Is this indicative of downturn? Now when the flat is 10 years old, why will anyone buy at more than the current rate? Time to think...
