Which area in Bangalore is good for investment? I am new to Bangalore RE. Thanks, I am assuming you are working in Bangalore South. This area is good and slightly hidden away from the Bannerghatta main road so you don't get to see the traffic. Just find some builder who will deliver. You have easy access to : 1) BGS - NPS ( NPS is the top branded school in Bangalore ). Few other good schools nearby. 2) Hospitals in 3 km vicinity. Jayadeva hospital is accessible easily too. 3) Direct Bus service to Majestic ( Bangalore's main bus-stand ). 4) Cauvery pipe connection is on going. Don't know of current status. 5) Internal route connecting to NICE so, you can skip Bannerghatta main road. If you are looking purely for investment : You need to look near Bangalore north & near the airport ( Devanahalli ). Check out areas near IVC road. Be careful here though as few lands are under litigation.
Be careful folks... If I get this right, this one is close to that DLF Westend. I bought one apartment sandwiched between Hiranandani & DLF in 2011. This construction has been going on for years with no end in sight for both the builders..The going rate for this area is about 3500-3800 rupees per square foot currently. When I booked mine, it was 2600 psq foot & Hiranandani was charging 60L for a 2 bhk then, which was almost double to what I paid ( 31 L ). Which area in Bangalore is good for investment?
