There are many things about the project which I actually liked. Such as, the basic amenities which are being provided like the 24/7 water supply, the sewage treatment plant and the sports parlour. The floor plans are also decent. However the location isn't that good and the surrounding locality isn't that convenient either. Also, the interior design isn't something which I liked. The price is pretty good though. In all, people with limited budget looking for a decent place to stay.. this is where you should invest.
The project is old and the resale value is pretty low which makes it affordable. Also the location of the project isn't that great.. however the major amenities being offered are pretty good. The project has a properly functional sewage treatment plant too. It is pretty eco friendly and the recreational facilities offered are well maintained. The residents living there are also very kind. At such a low price the project has a lot to offer. I definitely liked it and will be suggesting to more people.
