Good location, but flats are small with small overall area. Good option for people wanting a flat near itpl. All amenities at walking distance. Could be a good option if you are ready to compromise on space.
Overall the project is decent. There are some things about this project which I liked. Such as the location and it's surroundings. The road is pretty well developed around here and it is one located at one of the most busiest spots as there are multiple banks like PNB, Axis bank.. and the mind comp tech park isn't that far either.. the amenities offered by the project are limited but well maintained. They involve stuff like intercom, children's playing arena and so on.. however it doesn't justify the price tag of the project. I was satisfied with my onsite experience but not with the project for long term plans.
