Located next to ITPL tech park, the location of this project is very good. The flats are smaller in size and the layout options are limited as well. The Project is in a V shaped design which means that the spaces between different blocks reduces as on moves farther inside the project. There is a lot of greenery though inside the project. Prices seem to be slightly higher but since the project is in advanced construction stage and located at prominent area in Whitefield, high price did not come as a surprise. Amenities are standard just as you would find in any other decent society from Brigade or any other reputed builder
